Tandoori Aloo recipe

Who doesn't like tandoori dishes, from tandoori chicken, tandoori paneer to tandoori roti, everything that's cooked is tandoor is always tasty. The specialty is it's smoky flavor. But I don't have tandoor at home so I cook in microwave oven. And today I am gonna try tandoori aloo.

INGREDIENTS:
  •  14-15 small (baby) potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of hung yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kasuri maithe
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black peper
Method :

  • wash and pat dry baby potatoes
  • do not peel the potatoes
  • boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle
  • cut potatoes into halves
  • not take them into a bowl and add hung curd to it
  • add all the spices to it and leave it to marinate in refrigerator for half an hour
  • now grease the oven tray with some oil and spread the potatoes on it
  • now let it bale in over for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree C
  • take it out then sprinkle some salt, chat masala and red chili powder it and serve hot.
