Recipe of Healthy Tomato soup

Here is the recipe of Healthy tasty Tomato soup using Fortune Rice bran oil.

  • Fortune Rice bran oil
  • Tomatoes-- 10-12 medium size
  • Garlic cloves-- 3-4
  • Onion-- half small onion for every 3 tomatoes
  • Carrot-- half small
  • Celery
  • Sugar
  • Green capsicum-- 1/4 medium
  • Cumin seeds
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • Wash and roughly chop tomatoes, peal garlic cloves and onion, chop them roughly and all other vegetables.
  • My take some Fortune rice bran oil in a pan and heal it.
  • when it is heated enough, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.
  • then add onion, saute it till its soft and translucent.
  • then add celery, carrot and capsicum.
  • Add Tomatoes
  • salt to taste and black paper and bring it to boil.
  • when tomatoes are cooked and soft, turn the heat off and let it cool.
  • Now blend it in mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.
  • once whole mixture is blended finely, sieve it, add little water if needed.
  • Now take some Fortune rice bran oil again in a pan and cook the blended mixture.
  • bring it to boil.
  • Serve it with bread croutons or fresh cream.
